Yay! This is the first RAW image I ever processed. I’ve took plenty of RAW pics but couldn’t figure out how it the heck to get them to open on my computer. Yeah, I’m a dork! Anyway, I’m excited and hope to start shooting in RAW full time. I know, I’d better invest in some large memory cards.

Hi Jennifer. Cute picture! You will love RAW and never go back to JPEG. IT is so so so worth shooting in! Any how that wood I used was just a board from home depot. Like the kind you would put on the outside of a shed. I painted it with a brownish grey paint for the barn wood feel! Hope if works out for you if you try it! I got lucky and found a GIANT pile of real barn wood that was for free! So my hubby built me a new back drop! Wahoo!
